Reworks
Our skilled Team can handle a variety of rework needs, including metal finishing, rust removal, burr and flash removal, welding, tapping and torquing, scratch removal, reflashing, polishing, and sub-assembly rework.
Quality Support
We go beyond inspections and reworks by providing comprehensive quality support solutions. This includes services like, supplier representative services, investigations into quality issues, scrap verification, and replacement of quality personnel.
Instructions & Training
We compile work instructions, Training of Staff & Customer Sign Off.
inspections
Quality Walls: Staff at the end of a production line, but away from the Process line, that check each part for quality & compliance, or any number of issues. A very important function that is staff intensive.
Final Inspection: Similar to a Quality Wall but consist of a single individual at the end of, or at some point on a Production line, checking for defects
Third Party Verification: Identifying any potential issues for you the Supplier, also confirming the reason for the failure of their parts should there be any, including rejected parts verification.
Controlled Shipping: Prior to shipping, this is done, away from the influence and or input of the Quality or Production Department.
Investigations: A full investigating service to determine areas where and how flaws / issues may occur.
Containment: It involves identifying and isolating defective items, determining the root cause of the defect, and taking corrective action to prevent further defects.
